First off, I absolutely love that you chose this quote~! 💕 I think you handled it very well, and produced really appealing designs despite limitations on the first two pages~!
I only have a couple of critics and they’re so small. First is on the second page, second row, third design. It feels just a bit unbalanced and I think that’s due to the ‘like’ being so small in comparison to ‘The mind is’. The ‘open’ would then feel perfect, I think, if the ‘like’ was adjusted to match the size of ‘The mind is’.
Secondly, the quote in the last design, on the fourth page, doesn’t read as well, and I think that’s because you changed the conjunction. ‘It is’ reads robotically in comparison to ‘it’s’~.
Besides those two small things, your assignment looks and reads great so far~! 💕 So excited to see the last pages next Monday~!

I also didn’t even realize I wrote It is on the last one 😂 I was kinda tired of retyping it all over again

I totally get that! 🤣 After writing my quote 60 times, it started to not sound right. If you say a word enough times, it no longer sounds like a word. 🤣

I agree with the balance Molly referred to in the 2nd page, 2nd row, 3rd design. Perhaps moving “like” to the next like would help as well. Maybe even have “like an” and “umbrella on their own lines. Overall your designs are very clean and communicate pretty well. Looking forward to seeing the more experimental iterations!
