These thumbnails are so adorable and charming! I think my favorite composition is the one in the second row, all the way to the right (the last in the second row). To me, of all your compositions, it seems to reflect Paul Sahre’s work the most! I’d love to see you try and push that composition even more~!
Great sketches Varanya. You have a few great layouts/compositions. I’m mostly looking at hierarchy and the sketches that stand out to me as the most effective are:
– top row left
– middle row left,
– middle row center (but maybe flip the artist info paragraph and the content right below it so the artist info is right next to Paul’s name, that seems more appropriate),
– middle right
I also think the bottom right could work well, but including his logo/icon might be moving too far away from this specific assignment. Looking forward to seeing your first drafts.
